Starting the process with RDC is not only practical but also incredibly flexible, specifically designed to accommodate your unique staffing needs. To kickstart this partnership, we require a minimum of 2 staffing resources on a monthly contract basis. Beyond this point, the process becomes highly adaptable. You can add additional resources at any point in time to match your evolving needs. Should the situation require, we also provide the freedom to reduce staffing on a monthly basis, ensuring you're never tied down. This ensures your staffing strategy remains dynamic and responsive. All we ask is that the minimum commitment is met.
